This is a new segment of the blog that aims to provide the people of South Australia with a bit of insight into which Restaurants and Cafe's cater for those of us with food intolerance. The restaurants that don't bat an eyelid when you tell them you can't eat gluten and the restaurants that look at you like your from Mars will all be published on here. Reviews will be brief as I am no acclaimed food critic.

GREAT!

My husband and I like staying down at the Middleton Beach Huts once a year for a bit of a rest and relaxation and hadn't yet tried the adjoining, Blues Restaurant. Well having a good look at the menu we decided to go on the first night of our stay last Friday. Our waitress was lovely and we were served in a timely fashion. There were many different options for people with food intolerance on the menu and the food was really VERY GOOD! The thing missing was any note on the menu regarding catering for those with food intolerance. Having said that they were perfectly happy to cater to our particular needs. When you are next staying down in Middleton don't miss a great meal at Blues Restaurant.
