My Favourite Cookbook
It is definitely a dream of mine to have a beautiful and comprehensive cookbook published for those with food intolerance. But in the meantime I have to tell you about my new favourite cookbook "Eating for the Seasons" by Janella Purcell. This book encompasses healthy, delicious recipes that are written with "Sensitive's" in mind. All recipes are labeled GF, DF, V or VG and are out of this world in taste. To add to all that the recipes are seasonal which means you can get your produce locally and as fresh as possible. This is the ultimate cookbook for those that are really interested in their health yet also love to cook. Thank you Janella!
