HIGH PROTEIN GLUTEN FREE TOASTED MEUSLI

Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Egg & Cane Sugar Free

INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cup puffed rice
¼ cup quinoa flakes
¼ cup amaranth flakes
¼ cup LSA
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup chopped almonds
¼ cup chopped Brazil nuts
½ cup nuttelex
½ cup rice malt syrup
¼ cup dried goji berries
¼ cup dried apple (sulphur free)
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup dried figs, chopped
½ cup sultanas

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180˚C and line baking tray with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl add puffed rice, quinoa flakes, amaranth flakes, LSA, coconut, almonds & Brazil nuts. Stir to mix through.
Melt nuttelex in microwave for approx 1 min or until all melted. Then very quickly stir into mix as thoroughly as you can. Enjoy!
Toast for 10 min then remove from oven and stir. Repeat this process until toasted to your liking.
Allow to cool before adding dried fruit and mix.
Store in large container in the fridge to keep fresh.
